PerfectDraft Pro App Connection and Sync Troubleshooting

If your PerfectDraft Pro will not connect to the app, keeps going offline or stops updating, check Bluetooth, phone permissions and your Wi-Fi band before resetting anything. The Pro connects through the PerfectDraft app and requires a reliable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection.

How to connect PerfectDraft Pro to the app

1. Install the latest PerfectDraft app on your iPhone or Android phone.
2. Plug in the Pro and switch it on.
3. Turn on Bluetooth. Android users should also enable Location Services and the app’s location permission.
4. Stand close to the machine. Its wireless icon should be blinking blue.
5. If the icon is solid white, press and hold the wireless button for 10 seconds to reset the connection.
6. Start pairing in the app.
7. Select a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, enter the password and complete setup.

If the app cannot find the machine

• Confirm the app is updated and the machine is switched on.
• Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds and switch it on again.
• Check that another phone is not currently paired.
• Recheck the Wi-Fi name and password.
• If your router combines 2.4GHz and 5GHz, ensure the machine connects on 2.4GHz.

If PerfectDraft Pro keeps disconnecting

• Move the machine or router closer together.
• Restart the router if necessary.
• Use a Wi-Fi extender if the signal is weak at the machine.
• Repeat the pairing process from the beginning if the connection was never completed properly.

If temperature or keg volume will not sync

First confirm that the machine is still connected and the app is current. A weak Wi-Fi signal may leave the machine connected while the displayed information stops updating. Restart the app and improve the signal before repeating setup.
