Delivery/Collection Information
- Who is your delivery partner?
- DPD is our delivery partner.
- How long does delivery take?
- Dispatch is usually the next working day if placed after 1pm.
- DPD deliver 98% of their parcels the next day.
- Can I do click & collect?
- Yes, we offer a click & collection option. You order online and collect your order generally the same working day. (You receive an email when the order is ready for collection).
- Can I have my order delivered?
- Yes. We ship everywhere in Ireland.
- Bob machines include free delivery.
- Shipping starts at €10.
- For 20L, 30L, and 50L kegs, we are only shipping in Dublin at the moment. That starts at €15.
- We have a wholesale licence, so that means we have to sell a minimum of 18.2L per transaction. This works out to be:
- 5L Kegs X 4,
- 6L Kegs X 4,
- 8L Kegs X 3,
- or a combination that is greater than 18.2L.
- What can I do to help speed up delivery?
- PLEASE INCLUDE AN EIRCODE OR POSTCODE IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND THE CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE RECEIPIENT. Orders without this information may have delivery delays.
- We cannot be held liable for failed deliveries as a result of incorrect or incomplete addresses or phone numbers provided or our courier being unable to contact the recipient directly.
- We cannot be held liable for missed deliveries as a result of no answer on delivery.
