Refund and Return Policy

At, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return items, and we're here to make the process as seamless as possible.

Change of Mind

You may cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Simply contact us by phone at (01) 4853171 or email, providing your order reference number to help us assist you as quickly as possible.

In line with Irish and EU law, you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days, which begins the day after you receive your order. During this period, you may cancel your order for any reason. Upon cancellation, we will arrange for the return or collection of the order and will reimburse you within 30 days.

If you wish to return or exchange non-faulted or non-damaged goods, you have 15 days from the day you receive your order to initiate the process. Please contact us at or call +353 (0)1 4853171, and let us know your intention and preferred method for returning the item. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods.

Please note that once a keg has been tapped (opened), we cannot accept it for return due to a change of mind. Our priority is to maintain the highest quality and safety standards for our products, and once a keg has been tapped, we can no longer guarantee these conditions. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you confirm your selection before tapping your keg.

Incorrect Keg Return

For the rental of a stainless steel keg, we require either a €50 returnable deposit on the keg or a stainless steel keg of the same brewery in exchange. For instance, if you're renting a 50L Guinness Keg from us, you would need to provide either a €50 deposit or a 50L stainless steel Guinness Keg in return.

Please note that the exchange keg must be from the same brewery as the one you're renting. If the kegs are not from the same brewery, a €50 returnable deposit will be required before the keg can be taken away. This policy is in place to ensure we can continue providing the specific brews our customers love.

Once the rented keg is returned in the same condition it was received, your €50 deposit will be refunded. If you chose the exchange option, your keg will be returned to you.

Damaged Keg

In the unfortunate event that your keg is damaged in transit, offers the choice of either a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery/collection charges incurred. Please contact us immediately at or call +353 (0)1 4853171, and we will assist you with the necessary arrangements.

Beer Quality Issue

If you experience any quality issues with the beer from your keg, please contact us as soon as possible at or call +353 (0)1 4853171. We're committed to providing top-quality products and will assist you with a suitable resolution.

All goods for return or exchange can be dropped off, free of charge, at our physical store, Carry Out Tyrrelstown, Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15. Please remember to bring a printout of your original confirmation email as proof of sale. Refunds will be issued to the card used in the transaction and may take up to 10 working days to process, though times may vary depending on your bank.

Please note that all returned goods must be in resaleable condition with labels intact. When returning sets of products (e.g., mixed cases or gift boxes), all products must be present with the set complete. Use suitable packaging for safe return/collection to ensure the products arrive undamaged.
