 TheKegCru Keg Return Policy & Earning Points:

Eligibility:

TheKegCru welcomes returns of ALL PerfectDraft kegs, even those purchased from other retailers. For every PerfectDraft keg you return, you're eligible to earn KegCru Points.

Here's how it works:

  • Each returned keg is valued at 500 KegCru Points.
  • To put it simply: 1 returned PerfectDraft keg = 500 KegCru Points = €5
  • To accumulate KegCru Points, set up an account at TheKegCru.ie. Points from returned kegs will be automatically credited to your account and can be used for discounts on future purchases.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days from collection to receiving KegCru Points on your account.

How To Return Kegs To TheKegCru.ie:

  1. Add a Keg Return Label to Your Order: Purchase a label when you are ready to return kegs.
  2. Collection Point: By default, kegs are collected from your delivery address. If the collection point differs, specify the full address (INCLUDING Eircode) in the order notes.
  3. Packaging: Kegs must be returned in a box. Couriers will not accept any other format. (Our new shipping box allows for up to 5 kegs to be returned).
  4. Labeling:
    • Each Keg Return Label is valid for one shipping box. Additional boxes will incur extra charges, deducted from your KegCru Points.
    • Clearly write your name & email address on or in the box. No name means no points.
    • Include our return address on the box: TheKegCru.ie, 94 Millennium Trade Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11, D11NY19.
  5. Courier Tracking: The courier will provide a tracking number for the return.
  6. You will find your points in "Earn points" section.
  7. This can be found on the bottom left on our home page.
  8. Dont forget to claim your points when placing a new order!
