On-Site Home Bar Service - Service - On site (Only 1 Hour - €60 Refund)

Get the most out of your home bar setup with a professional on-site service from one of our trained beer technicians. We inspect, clean, and fine-tune your draught system so every pint pours perfectly.

Service Overview

• Duration: Up to 2 hours

• Base Fee: €120

• Delivery/Travel: Charged separately based on distance

💡 Minimum labour charge: €60, even for quick inspections.

What We Do

During your visit, our technician will:

• Inspect gas settings, flow rate, temperature, and water levels

• Perform a full beer line clean using Pipeline Beer Cleaning Solution

• Strip, grease, and replace tap O-rings if required

• Advise on system improvements for better pours

• Check the overall cleanliness and condition of your setup

• Provide follow-up invoices for any additional parts or upgrades used

Every visit comes with a genuine effort to improve the quality of your pint — just like we would for our own bar.

This helps our technician prepare and anticipate any adjustments or parts that may be required.

• Have a fresh, untapped keg ready, or include fresh beer in your delivery.

Why the Upfront Fee?

The €120 service fee guarantees up to 2 hours of professional labour and system inspection.

Even small fixes require a full inspection to ensure your draught system is operating correctly.

• First hour of labour: non-refundable

• Second hour refund: €60 refunded if the visit finishes within 60 minutes

Gas Leaks & Troubleshooting

If you suspect a gas leak before our visit:

• Try a bubble test or check visible fittings

• Our technician will work to locate the source of the leak

⚠️ Important Notes

• Some leaks may be difficult to locate or may have multiple sources

• Kegs themselves can leak at seals

• There is no lifetime leak guarantee

• Time spent diagnosing leaks is non-refundable (minimum labour €60)

Follow-Up & Previous Services

If your system has previously been serviced by us:

• Please provide your previous order number

Our duty of care ends once the technician leaves the site, unless additional service work has been scheduled.
