The Keg Cru – Home Bar Service

Get the most out of your home bar with a professional on-site service from one of our trained beer technicians. We’ll check, clean, and tune your system so every pint pours perfectly.

Service Overview

• Duration: Up to 2 hours

• Base Fee: €120

• Delivery: Charged separately, based on distance

💡 Minimum labour charge is €60 — even for quick inspections.

What We Do

Our technician will:

• Inspect gas settings, flow rate, temperature, and water levels

• Perform a full beer line clean using Pipeline Beer Cleaning Solution

• Strip, grease, and replace O-rings on taps if needed

• Advise on system improvements for better pours

• Check overall cleanliness and condition of your setup

• Provide follow-up invoices for any parts or upgrades used

Every visit comes with a genuine effort to improve your pint quality — like we’re servicing our own bar.

Before Your Visit

To make the most of your service:

1. Send photos of your home setup to sales@thekegcru.ie

   • Helps our technician prepare and anticipate any necessary adjustments.

2. Have a fresh, untapped keg ready, or include fresh beer in your delivery.

Why the Upfront Fee?

The €120 fee guarantees up to 2 hours of professional labour and inspection. Even simple fixes require a full inspection to ensure your system is performing at its best.

• First hour of labour: non-refundable

• Refund for second hour: €60 if visit finishes in 60 minutes or less

Gas Leaks & Troubleshooting

If you suspect a gas leak:

• Try a bubble test or check visible fittings first

• Our technicians will do their best to locate the source

⚠️ Notes:

• Some leaks may be tricky or have multiple sources

• Kegs can also leak at seals

• There is no lifetime leak guarantee

• Time spent diagnosing leaks is non-refundable, minimum labour €60

Follow-Up & Previous Services

If your system was serviced by us previously:

• Provide your previous order number

• Our duty of care ends once the technician leaves site
