On-Site Home Bar Service – Up to 2 Hours

Keep your home bar pouring at its best with an on-site service from a trained TheKegCru beer technician. We inspect, clean and fine-tune your draught system, helping resolve poor flow, temperature, gas and beer-line issues.

Service and pricing

• Upfront fee: €120 for up to two hours of professional labour and system inspection.
• One-hour refund: €60 is refunded when the visit is completed within 60 minutes.
• Minimum labour charge: €60, including short inspections and diagnostic work.
• Travel: charged separately according to distance.

What the home bar service includes

• Checks of gas settings, flow rate, temperature and water levels.
• A full beer line clean using Pipeline Beer Cleaning Solution.
• Tap inspection, greasing and replacement of tap O-rings where required.
• Checks of the overall cleanliness and condition of the system.
• Practical advice on improvements for more consistent pours.

Before your appointment

Please email photos of your home bar setup to Fionn@thekegcru.ie. This helps our technician prepare for the visit and identify any likely parts or adjustments in advance.

Have a fresh, untapped keg ready for testing, or include fresh beer with your delivery.

Gas leaks and troubleshooting

If you suspect a gas leak, carry out a bubble test or check visible fittings where it is safe to do so. Our technician will work to locate the source during the visit, but some leaks can have multiple sources and keg seals can also leak.

• Diagnostic time is non-refundable and is subject to the €60 minimum labour charge.
• A service visit does not provide a lifetime leak guarantee.
• Our duty of care ends when the technician leaves the site unless further work has been arranged.
