Why is there a deposit on PerfectDraft Kegs?

Each PerfectDraft keg requires a €5 deposit, ensuring the safe return of the keg. The deposit is refundable once the keg is returned.

How it works:

  • Return your keg to: 94 Millennium Trade Park, Cappagh Road, Ballycoolin, Dublin, D11NY19.
  • Kegs purchased elsewhere can also be used as deposits.

Earn KegCru Points:
For every returned keg, you'll earn 500 KegCru Points (€5).
1 returned keg = 500 KegCru Points = €5.

How to return kegs:

  • In-person: You can return kegs directly to our location at the address above.
  • Courier: Alternatively, return your keg via courier. You can purchase a Keg Return Label here.
  • Collection point: Kegs are collected from your delivery address by default. If the collection point differs, provide the full address (including Eircode) in the order notes.
  • Packaging: Kegs must be returned in a box.
  • Labeling: Each label is valid for one box; extra boxes incur charges, deducted from your points.
  • Tracking: The courier will provide a tracking number for the return.

Claim your points:
Points will be credited to your account within 3 working days of collection. Check the "Earn Points" section on our homepage to claim your points with your next order.

At TheKegCru.ie, we accept returns of ALL PerfectDraft kegs, even if they were purchased from other retailers. Returning your empty kegs earns you KegCru Points, which can be used as discounts on future orders.

How It Works

For every PerfectDraft keg you return:

  • 1 PerfectDraft keg = 500 KegCru Points

  • 500 KegCru Points = €5 credit

Points are automatically added to your account and can be used towards future purchases on TheKegCru.ie.

Please allow up to 3 working days from collection for points to appear in your account.

To collect points, make sure you create an account at TheKegCru.ie before returning your kegs.

How To Return Kegs

1. Purchase a Keg Return Label

When you’re ready to return your kegs, purchase a Keg Return Label on TheKegCru.ie and add your preferred collection date.

Please Note:
DPD collections are available Monday to Friday only.

2. Collection Address

By default, the courier will collect kegs from your delivery address.

If the collection address is different, please include the full address (including Eircode) in your order notes.

3. Packaging

Kegs must be returned in a box. Couriers will not accept loose kegs.

Our shipping boxes can hold up to 5 kegs per box.

4. Labeling Your Return

Each Keg Return Label is valid for one shipping box only.

  • Additional boxes may incur extra charges

  • Charges may be deducted from your KegCru Points

Make sure to:

  • Clearly write your name and email address on or inside the box

  • Boxes without a name cannot be credited with points

5. Return Address

Please include the following return address on the box:

6. Courier Tracking

Your courier will provide a tracking number for the return shipment.

Finding Your Points

Once your return has been processed:

  • Points will appear in the “Earn Points” section of your account

  • This section can be found at the bottom left of our homepage

Don’t forget to claim and apply your points when placing a new order.
